Refund Policy

Oktopus VST License Key Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Oktopus. If it is not right for you, you may
request a refund for your license key.

No-Hassle Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a no-hassle basis. We will not ask you to
justify your decision, provide evidence, or troubleshoot the product before
approving your refund.

We only require a brief reason for our records and product feedback. The
reason you provide will not affect whether your refund is approved.

What We Need

Please include the following information with your refund request:

  • Your name and purchase email address
  • Your order number or license key
  • A brief reason for the refund

License Deactivation

Once the refund is issued, the associated Oktopus license key will be
permanently deactivated and blacklisted. The key will no longer activate
Oktopus and must not be used, transferred, sold, or shared.

By accepting the refund, you agree to stop using the refunded license and
remove any activated copies associated with it.
