Oktopus VST License Key Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with Oktopus. Because we provide a fully functional 30-day free trial, we encourage you to thoroughly test the plugin in your DAW and system environment before making a purchase.

Refund Eligibility

License key purchases are generally final after the 30-day trial period. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances happen. Refund requests are considered under the following conditions:

• Technical Incompatibilities: Severe, unresolvable technical bugs or DAW crashes directly caused by Oktopus that our support team is unable to fix within a reasonable timeframe.
• Accidental Purchases: Duplicate orders or accidental purchases made in error.

Refund requests due to change of mind or failure to evaluate the software during the 30-day free trial period are not eligible.

What We Need

If you qualify for an exception, please include the following information with your request:

• Your name and purchase email address
• Your FastSpring order number or license key
• A brief description of the issue or reason for the request

License Deactivation

Once a refund is processed, the associated Oktopus license key will be permanently deactivated and blacklisted. The key will no longer authorize the software and must not be used, transferred, sold, or shared.

By accepting the refund, you agree to immediately cease using the license and remove any activated copies from your systems.
